Have a microwave that stopped working. No replacement available so repair the only option. Messaged these folks, got a quick response and an appointment for the next day. When the technician came, he examined the microwave and diagnosed the problem. Ordered the part and came back the next day to install it. Such professionalism. Amazing service. Highly recommend.

They repaired our 9 year old Samsung French door refrigerator which was having issues with the back panel frosting and then ice melting and dripping in the drawers. So annoying. Their solution to fix worked for us and we haven't had issues the past few months. Will definitely avoid getting this type of refrigerator in the future but the fix buys us time and will allow us to use our refrigerator longer until some other unrepairable issue arises.

Tim was an awesome repair tech. From giving a quote and walking us thru each expense to walking me thru the repair and showing me what was done. He came 3 times to get the job done.
